For the nationals of the countries that have a visa-free regime with the Russian Federation

Every time after entering the territory of the Russian Federation a foreign national should show up within 3 working days in order to obtain the migration registration and submit the following documents:  
  • An original of your passport;  
  • A copy of your passport (incl. the pages where the personal information and expiry date is indicated);   
  • An original of the migration card bearing a stamp of the border authority (with the ‘training’ indicated as the purpose for the entry);   
  • 3 copies of the migration card;
A copy of the educational services agreement (for fee-paying students) or a copy of the placement document of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (for the students whose tuition fee expenses are covered from the budget funds) certified by the general administrative department (Leningradsky Prospekt, 49, room  139 or 138);
You should submit hard and soft copies (on the USB flash drive) of the above documents (the passport, the migration card, the agreement, and the notice).  
NB! We will not be able to start processing your documents if there are errors in them or if any of the above documents is lacking. You may correct your typing and other errors in the media library located at: Leningradsky Prospekt, 49, 2nd floor, room 200 and print out your copies at the photographer’s room at Leningradsky Prospekt, 49, 1st floor. In order to renew migration documents, you should submit an application to Elena Kozlova not later than 3 days before the registration document expiry date.
